The meet next weekend will be very busy and to help it run smoothly we are asking for your support, please could you pass on to all coaches, TM's & parents that will be attending.
1. Car Parking - This is limited to around 160 spaces in the multi-storey so we would encourage swimmers & parents to car share were possible.
2. Spectators - There are limited spectator seats and with the large number of swimmers in some sessions we would ask that seats are not reserved for others or swimmers. We would also like to ask that if they have seen their child swim that they offer their seat to someone that has yet to see their child swim.
3. Swimmers - Please can we ask that all swimmers use drawstring bags poolside and place their larger bags in lockers (PADLOCKS required) either poolside or by reception. Also, please can they refrain from bringing large chairs as these do take up a lot of space, if they bring additional towels they can use these to sit on.
4. Coaches/TMs/Officials - We would like to ask for your support and cooperation for a continued venture which we are implementing at our meets. For some time it has been a concern that we use a tremendous amount of plastic cups and lately single use plastic bottles when providing refreshments to Officials and Coaches during the course of a Meet. Please can we ask that all coaches and TM's bring with them a personally named water bottle. We will fill it up for you as often as you need with squash or water, sorry cannot offer anything stronger than that! π
5. Warmup - Please make sure everyone is aware of the warmup start times for each session, details can be found at https://uk.teamunify.com/SubTabGeneric.jsp?team=sercmksc&_stabid_=156299

6. Sign-in - We have removed the sign-in for swimmers for each session at this meet and instead it will be the responsibility of the head coach/team manager to withdraw from any swimmer not wishing to swim an event for that session. Forms are included in club pack and at the promoters desk. Please see the "Session Details" under the "Promoters Conditions" section for full details.
