Swim England has published its comprehensive Return to Pools Guidance ahead of the Government easing the current lockdown measures. Five detailed documents have been created and are based on the latest scientific advice and Government guidelines. Members should check their inbox for an update from the club in light of this and we look forward to hopefully seeing you all soon.

A BIG thank you to all the clubs that attended our Spring LC Regional Qualifier Meet this weekend. Also a very big thank you to all our volunteers that helped make the event a success in particular to the officials from visiting clubs.

The final weekend of the Hampshire County Swimming Championships took place at the Mountbatten Centre, Portsmouth last weekend with Rushmoor Royals swimmers from the older age groups aiming to finish the meet with more strong performances. In the first girls’ event of the weekend Ella Smith followed up her gold medal from the first weekend of the meet to become County Champion in 200m Freestyle. Not content with that she later also took the title in the 200m backstroke event as well as medalling in a number of other events...
