30 swimmers with 5 adults (chantal, Keri, Andy, lucy and Fiona) who travelled to Oundle for a 6 day long course training camp. Swimming two 2 hours sessions a day, games and training during throughout the day, plus fun games in the evening. Lots of learning of being self sufficient, organised, sleeping, nutrition and lots more!
8 Witney swimmers raced in the short course winter regionals in Winchester. All swimmers raced hard either getting pb’s season best or right on pb’s. W&DSC is still in the premier division on NAtional Arena League. Round 1 swam, lots of great fast swims. 6th place (out of8) for the team
4 Witney swimmers were called in to race for the ONB county team in Sheffield: Erin, Hattie, Annaliese, Ella G Plus chantal as lead TM

Today we had a stand at the Witney carnival to promote the club in the community to encourage new members to join, but also to raise funds for the club by a tombola stall. We got a little wet but then we were kept very busy with people coming to our stand. A big thank you to everyone who donated things as we raised over £350! Also a big thank you to our adults who ran the stall - Julie, Andrea, Matthew, Sandra, Claire w, Martin, Amy, suzy and Helen...
Weekend 4 of south east regionals was age group swimmers again: Finals from Annaliese in 200m/100m BRS coming 4th in both. Mason - 50m BK Ella G - 100m FC Annabel - 50m Fly / 200m FC Mollie - 100m Brs Annaliese - 400m IM
Great day of racing at Portsmouth from Erin, Hattie, Joe, Maya and Annaliese. Special well done to Erin who came 3rd in 15yrs plus 100m Bk final and Annaliese who won 10-14yrs 100m Brs final! ������
