Week 16 Challenge: The 4 minute push up challenge !

Swimmers  undertook this during a live land work session at the start of lockdown. They need to do  top (full extension) to bottom (chest touches the floor).

You can break it up how you like - continuous or do 10 at a time etc. Get a total for top to bottom only. Do not count any which you have not achieved this!
