Eleven of our swimmers, competed at Ponds Forge, Sheffield in a Level 3 Open Meet.

This was an oppurtunity to swim Long Course and against clubs outside of the region (plus a few familiar local clubs!).

Great swims all round, plenty of medals and Long Course pbs - a promising start to the season.
