They all performed well and clocked a number of lifetime bests. James broke his own East Region record with a fine time of 29.94 when storming to 50m success and followed up with another terrific performance over 100m. He completed a dominant display by adding the 200m event to his collection. Well done to all our swimmers!

They came 2nd overall on the night.  It is great to watch and see smiles on the swimmers faces, they are our next generation of swimmers.  Thanks to the parents supporting and bringing them out on a Saturday night, and the Team Captains are doing an amazing job of supporting our younger swimmers in this league. Georgia Spencer took part in the ESSA (English Schools Swimming Association) Secondary Schools' Team Championships on Saturday 17th November 2018 in London. She had a excellent swim in the team free relay.   Overall, the girls team from Georgia's school came 15th in the Medley (2.12.13) and 16th in the Free (1:58:60).  Not a bad result in a national arena. Well done Georgia, a good demonstration of how SISC swimmers compete outside of the county.
