Each swimmer will be required to have the following:

Training Fins: These can be purchased at the Swimkit shop at the NAC or on line.

Water Bottle: Swimmers must keep hydrated during the session. Water is preferable

Swim hat : All members must wear a hat during training. Terenure Swim Club black hats are to be worn at galas. These are available to buy from the club at a cost of €7. A complimentary white hat will be given to new members.

Flip Flops are compulsory on the pool deck.

Squads A, B, C will require kick boards, paddles, snorkles & pull buoys.

Club Merchandise: We have the following available to purchase - Cub Personalised Hoodie, Club T-Shirt and Club Hat. These are optional to purchase however if you are attending a gala a club t-shirt and black hat must be worn.
