Magda is a Level 4 Senior Coach. She joined SCSC in August 2020.

Magda says, 'Swimming has always been my passion and a big part of my life. I started as an 8-year-old in my local club in Poland where I made my way up to National level. For the last 10 years I have been working as a swimming coach, where 4 of them were as a Head Coach at Stevenage Swimming Club. My coaching philosophy is quite simple. I work hard for my swimmers, and I expect my swimmers to work hard for me. As they say "hard work beats talent when talent doesn't work hard”. With this belief underpinning my coaching philosophy it enables swimmers of all abilities to reach their individual potential. On many occasions during the galas I have seen South Croydon Swimming Club swimmers as hard working, full of potential and passionate athletes'.
