Age groups as; 10,11,12,13,14, 15, 16, 17 & Over – with the 16 and 17 as additions

Session 1 Warm Up – we have the pool slightly earlier so this will start at 1.15pm and be for 50min with a 2.15pm start still – hopefully as this is only 15min earlier it will not cause a problem.
