Development squad swim for an hour on Wednesdays 7-8pm. In this hour we develop technique in all four strokes, all turns and dives along with an understanding of club training and terminology. 



Potential squad swim twice a week in two one-hour sessions Monday 7-8pm and Sunday 4-5pm. In these sessions we practice good technique through more distance and pace directed sets aiming to develop stamina and fitness. All swimmers in this squad are expected to compete for the Team at the Four Seasons League and at other low level friendly competitions. 



Performance squad swim three times a week. Wednesday 8-9pm, Thursday 6.30-7.30pm and Sunday 5-6pm. These sessions build on distance swam in potential maintaining technique. Performance squad swimmers may also apply to swim in the Monday and Wednesday morning sessions. All swimmers in this squad are expected to compete throughout the year and represent the team at The Cotswold Series. 



Elite squad is the main competitive squad of the club. Having developed training techniques, stamina and efficient strokes in potential and performance we aim to hone those skills while focusing on building stamina, understanding pace and preparing for competition. Elite squad train 6:00 - 7:15am and 8-9pm on Monday, Wednesday 6:00 - 7:15am and 8-9pm, Thursday 7.30-9pm, and Sunday 5-6pm. 



This combined squad is for older teenagers who still want to swim and follow a session plan but do not want to compete and swimmers over the age of eighteen who want to swim for fitness and/or competition. Monday 8-9pm all levels. Thursday 6.30-7.30pm swimmers who can comfortably complete a 2k set in 1 hour covering all strokes. The standard membership for social and masters allows for 1 session per week.
