Saturday 7 May - Day 1 - Hengrove Age Group Regionals at Bristol this weekend.

First session some good PBs with Niamh in the 200 Free Final. Sadie is reserve for the 50 Fly. Layla made reserve for the 200 Free & 50 Fly final. Great swimming all #WDSC

Niamh beat her heat time by 2 sec's to finish 6th in the 200 Free Final at Regional Championships today. Amazing result !!!

The afternoon session brought more PBs and great swimming from the girls. Layla was reserve for the 50 Free Final with a great time in the heat. Sadie made the 200 Brs Final. With an amazing swim.

Morning Finals

Sadie came 2nd in the 200 Brs Final at Regional Championships today. After posting a 4 sec PB in the heat (2.59.69) she went on to deliver a 2.53.21 in the Final !!!

Sunday Morning Finals

Wow!!!! Well done Niamh - 3rd place in the 50 Back at Regional Championships today. An amazing swim against very tough opposition.

Afternoon heats (Sunday) - 100 Fly and 200 Back for the girls. 50 Free for Oscar. Good luck team !!

Finals

The afternoon session saw Anna & Niamh make the 100 Fly Final. At the end of a long weekend they put in 2 great swims. Anna 5th & Niamh 7th. Great swimming girls.
