Day 2 of the championships saw Lauren & Sadie swim.
Sadie was the first to swim in the 200 Brs and set a 2 sec PB of 2:51.33  - such a great swim in her first National Championships. Well done Sadie.
The afternoon heats saw Lauren swim the 50 Freestyle - her time of 27.24 placed her comfortably into tonights final. Well done Lauren - a great performance against strong competition.
