Day 5 - Amelia & Lauren tackled the 50 Fly today. After a great season at the club, Amelia was rewarded with a spot at her first national championships, without the break due to covid I am sure we would seen her here before. She had a great swim and finished in an impressive 13th place.
Lauren executed another strong swim finishing 5th and securing another final place being run tonight.
Well done to both of you - great performances against a lot of talented swimmers
