Devon County Championships - weekend two

Second weekend of the Devon County Championships:
An excellent start with PBs for all our distance swimmers in the 800m free: Elsie, Izzy, Miley, Sam L and Sam P
Leading into a great two days of racing and a huge effort from everyone in all the other events, including lots of PBs and regional consideration times: well done to Samuel, Herbie, Charlotte and Hannah, Elsie, Mia, Miley and Evie, Sam
Especial congratulations to all the finalists:
Herbie: 50m back, 100m free, 50m fly
Samuel: 50m fly
Evie: 50m breaststroke
Elsie: 100m free
And topped off with the closest of finishes in the mixed relay: awesome effort from the Sams, Charlotte and Hannah resulting in bronze.
An incredibly appreciative thank you to Steve and Sarah for officiating this weekend, Sam and Hazel for team managing and also to Hazel for fulfilling our volunteer roles. What a team 💪
