The Teddington Swimming Club Welfare Officer is Lucy Darby. Lucy is ably assisted by Ian Draysey.

Our role as TSC Welfare Officers is to provide a positive, child-centred environment, safeguarding our swimmers and acting as the first point of contact for any concerns.
