Whether you're looking for a last-chance to set your county qualifying times or want to nail fast times ahead of the break, Teddington Swimming Club's Winter County Qualifier is the perfect meet for you.

Held over two days, and including 50s, 100s and 200s of all strokes, plus 100 IM, 200 IM, 400 IM and 400 free, this gala is aimed at every swimmer looking to end their year on a high.

Our Level 3 gala is open to all clubs, and includes medals for the top three swimmers in every category, hot heats and other prizes.

Racing takes place from 12pm to 8pm each day.

A swim down pool will be available and parking at the venue is free.

Entries are now open for the TSC Winter County Qualifier Open meet. In the event of the meet being oversubscribed, entries will be accepted on a ‘first submitted/ first allocated’ basis. Team entries should be by Hy-Tek file uploaded on the entry form link below.

Club Entry Details

All entries must be by Hy-Tek file with details summarised on the entry form. If only one swimmer is attending you should still submit the entry via a Hy-Tek file but only one file will be accepted per club. If you do not use a team management package please use TM Lite from Hy-Tek to create the file. Individual (Manual) Entry Details

Individual entries will be accepted on a first submitted, first allocated basis, via submission of the form below to [email protected]. Please note that these entries will incur an administration fee of £10 per competitor. A poolside pass can be requested for an accredited Team Manager or Coach via the Poolside Pass form & payment of the daily fee.

Please be aware that for both a Hytek entry and an individual entry you need to complete the whole form otherwise we cannot process your entry. Online payment is not required with the form. Payment details will be sent to you in the confirmation email.

Coaches and Team Managers

Poolside Pass Application Form - A Poolside pass is available at a cost of £15 per day, which includes coaches/ team manager pack, refreshment & a cold buffet between sessions. Poolside passes must be purchased by midday on 15th November 2023.

 

Officials
