This is our final meet of the season held in June each year. The meet is aimed for swimmers who haven't qualified for nationals but want to race at their peak in the season. The events included in this meet are:
- 50's on all strokes
- 100's on all strokes (including 100m IM)
- 200's on all strokes including 200m IM
- IM and Freestyle SKINS*
*We also hold an exciting SKINS events at the end of session 2 and 4. Session 2 is the IM skins which sees the fastest six swimmers from the mens 200m IM and the fastest six from the female 200m IM battle it out in a knockout 6 x 50m race on randomly drawn strokes. There is a rest after each 50 whilst the other sex races. Cash prizes to be one. Session 4 has the Freestyle skins which is the fastest six from the 50m Freestyle and follows a similar format but each 50m will be Freestyle.
