Squad Criteria
Attending 50% sessions is essential for improvement. This squad is for swimmers usually from 8yrs and above or if they have a basic under standing of all 4 stokes. Basic dive and turn knowledge and dolphin kick. They should be able to swim 8 X 50 free style and have basic butterfly technique.
The expected attendance for this squad is 50% per week

Fees Squad training fees will cost £35.00 per month
Training/TechniqueYour training gradually builds up over a number of years as you progress through the training groups. At first the sessions will seem very much like your swimming lessons but soon you will be swimming further and faster, in this squad you will be taught how to turn and finish properly as well as swimming your strokes legally under Swim England laws. Competitive Start Once you are concomitant in all for stroke you will be invited to complete your competitive diving certificate. Ask your coach for more details. Discipline Every swimmers behaviour will be taken into consideration as part of the squads selection process. So who looks after the administration for the coaches?
